What LoyalRx is

LoyalRx is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers and a licensed pharmacy. LoyalRx does not practice medicine, does not dispense medication, and does not influence prescribing decisions.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be physically located in a state we serve (49 states; not California).
• You agree to provide accurate, complete medical and identity information.

Memberships and billing

• Advertised prices are starting-at membership amounts and apply only if a provider issues a prescription. Your consultation fee is charged when you submit your intake.
• Memberships recur automatically on your fill date until you pause or cancel. Cancel before your next fill date to avoid the next charge.
• Taxes, shipping surcharges, and lab fees, where applicable, are disclosed before checkout of the membership.

Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your identity, location, or medical history.
• Do not resell, share, or redistribute medication prescribed to you.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoyalRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or where continued service would be unsafe or unlawful. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LoyalRx is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally: email support@loyalrx.com describing the issue and we will respond within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the claim elsewhere. Nothing here limits your ability to contact a regulator or to seek emergency medical care.

Changes to these terms

We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
