Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
We want every patient to be able to use this site, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We review new pages and components against that standard before release.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with a single H1 per page and logical heading order.
- Visible focus indicators and full keyboard operability, including the navigation drawer.
- Color contrast that meets AA for body and interface text.
- Touch targets of at least 44×44 pixels.
- Descriptive alternative text on informative images.
- A skip-to-content link at the start of every page.
Known limitations
Some third-party components — including our intake platform and payment forms — are outside our direct control. We test them and work with vendors on remediation. Please tell us if you hit a barrier there.
Feedback and assistance
If any part of this site prevents you from getting care, email support@loyalrx.com and we will help you complete the task another way, including with a team member walking you through it.
Accessibility requests go to our support team, who route them to the person responsible for accessibility. We reply within three business days and share a fix or workaround.
