How does the consultation work?

You complete a medical intake online covering your history, current medications, and goals. A licensed provider in your state reviews it — typically within 24–48 hours — and may follow up by message or video. If treatment is appropriate, they issue a prescription. If it isn't, they'll tell you why and what alternatives may fit. There is no obligation to continue at any point.

How long does shipping take?

Once a prescription is issued and the pharmacy fills it, orders typically ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 2–3 business days of shipping. Medication ships cold-chain in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging with tracking. Timelines can vary by state and pharmacy volume.

What is your refund policy?

Consultation fees are refundable if a provider determines you are not a candidate before any medication is dispensed. Because prescription medications cannot be returned or restocked once shipped, dispensed medication is non-refundable except in the case of a shipping error or damaged product — contact support within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Is this medication FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription for an individual patient with a documented clinical need. Your provider will discuss whether a compounded formulation is appropriate for you.
