How it works

A provider-led path, start to finish

LoyalRx is not a store. There is no cart and no way to buy medication directly. Every path on this site ends in a consultation, because prescribing is a clinical decision made by a licensed provider.

  1. 01

    Complete your medical intake online

The intake takes a few minutes. You'll share your health history, current medications and supplements, allergies, prior treatments, and what you'd like to address. Accuracy matters — your provider makes decisions from what you report.

    • You must be 18 or older and physically located in a state we serve.
    • We serve 49 states. We do not serve California.
  2. 02

A licensed provider reviews your history

A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake, typically within 24–48 hours. They may request labs, ask follow-up questions by secure message, or schedule a video visit before making any decision.

    • Certain conditions and medications may make compounded GLP-1 therapy inappropriate.
    • If treatment isn't appropriate, your provider explains why and what may fit better.
  3. 03

If prescribed, the pharmacy fills your order

Prescriptions are sent to our licensed compounding partner pharmacy. Medication ships cold-chain in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging with tracking.

    • Nothing is dispensed without a valid prescription from a licensed provider.
    • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA.
  4. 04

    Ongoing follow-up and adjustments

Your care team checks in on tolerability and progress. Dose changes are made only by your prescriber. You can pause or cancel before your next fill date at any time.

    • Message your care team for side effects or questions between visits.
    • For medical emergencies, call 911.

Eligibility at a glance

  • 18 years or older, located in one of the 49 states we serve (not California).
  • Able to complete a full medical intake and share an accurate history.
  • Willing to attend follow-up visits and report side effects to your care team.
  • Not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding; certain personal and family medical histories may disqualify treatment — your provider will review this with you.
