Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, date of birth, contact details, shipping address, payment details processed by our payment provider, and the health information you enter in your medical intake.
- Information from providers and pharmacies: prescriptions, clinical notes, and fulfillment status shared to coordinate your care.
- Technical information: device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To route your intake to a licensed provider in your state and support your care.
- To coordinate dispensing and shipping with our licensed partner pharmacy.
- To bill memberships, answer support requests, and prevent fraud.
- To improve the platform and, where permitted, send service or marketing messages.
How we share information
We share information with treating providers, the dispensing pharmacy, and service providers who work on our behalf (hosting, payments, shipping, analytics, communications) under contracts limiting their use. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell personal information.
Protected health information
Health information created or received in the course of your treatment is also governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls where the two documents differ.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention.
- Opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.

- Residents of certain states may have additional rights; contact support to exercise them.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as required by medical recordkeeping and tax law, then delete or de-identify them. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
The platform is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post updates to this page and, where required, notify you directly. Material changes take effect on the date posted.
