Returns & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Prescription medication is regulated differently from retail goods. This policy explains exactly what can and cannot be refunded, and how to reach us if something is wrong.
Consultation fees
If a provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment before any medication is dispensed, your consultation fee is refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Dispensed medication
Because prescription medications cannot be returned, restocked, or resold once they leave the pharmacy, dispensed medication is non-refundable — except in the case of a shipping error or a damaged or temperature-compromised product.
Shipping errors and damaged product
- Contact support within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging and contents.
- Send photos of the package, cold pack, and vial if requested.
- We coordinate a replacement shipment with the pharmacy at no additional cost.
Memberships
- You can pause or cancel before your next fill date to avoid the next charge.
- Charges already processed for a fill that has been dispensed are not refundable, but you will not be billed again after cancellation.
- Unused membership months are not prorated unless required by law.
Disposal of medication
Never return medication by mail unless the pharmacy instructs you to. Follow your provider's guidance or use a local take-back program for disposal.
How to request a refund
Email support with your name, order or account number, and a short description of the issue. We respond within one business day and, where a refund applies, confirm the amount and timing in writing.
